Mary Lou has been working with computers in Education since the Apple IIe was brought to her school in Santa Monica. She built labs in two elementary schools working with the teachers to learn to use them in their everyday curriculum for 10 years. Continuing that role on to the Los Angele County Office of Education, she developed the Teacher Technology Center providing curriculum based classes as well as a technical strand for teachers, administrators and technology coordinators for 15 years. Her interest in MOUSE Squad comes from a long time commitment to students learning and becoming empowered from technology use.
