Greetings Squad members! Here it is, the moment we’ve all been waiting for: it’s time to announce the March MicroProject Winners! Last month's challenge, Hack to the Future, was to show us what the front page of the New York Times in the year 2112 will look like using Mozilla's X-Ray Goggles!! We had some great submissions this month!

Our Grand Prize

We want to give a huge round of Mouse Squad applause to dhassan188 from the Digi-Sharks in New York, New York, who earned the MicroProject Badge this month. Besides the badge dhassan188 also earned a $60 gift card to Best Buy for his squad! This project not only predicted the future of the world but the future of Mouse Squad too! From the hilarity of New New New Zealand and Galactic Ants to serious issues like a teleporter crash and colonizing moons of Saturday, this was our favorite view of the future.

Our First Runner Up

Winner of the runner up award and receiving a Papertronics Lunar Module is nickthemacman from Bayside STEM in San Mateo, CA. This project wowed us with the fierce competition between Microsoft, Apple and Google, as well as concerns over the ownership of planets and the success of a student's comic strip. We can tell that this is the future designed by someone who loves technology!

Our Second Runner Up

Winner of the runner up and also receiving a Papertronics Lunar Module is maxP from Wagner Middle School in New York, New York. MaxP created a world where AIDS is cured, the moon has been colonized and Nyan Cats fly through the sky. We were impressed that maxP brought up controversial issues like politics and religion, which we're sure won't be solved even by 2112. We love that they used a .Gif on the front page too!

Honorable Mention

Our first honorable mention goes to asingh from the Tech-Stars in Queens, NY. This vision of the world is very inspired by Apple products, including a new form of money that is holographic, the ghost of Steve Jobs and something called an iBoard.
