Welcome Back, MOUSE Squad!

We hope you had a great break. As you can see, MOUSE has been very busy this summer... redesigning our website, adding new features, and updating our student curriculum.

MOUSESquad.org supports students, squads and faculty coordinators throughout the certification process: access module content online, use the Skills Tracker to keep on top of Squad members' progress, post questions and discussion topics to the MS Forum, and use your Squad Posts to facilitate Squad assignments, keep track of meeting notes, or post info and updates relevant to your team. Stay tuned on the wire for launch information, and news about all of the exciting updates to the site for this fall!

Every MOUSE Squad now has access to CaseTracker: an online ticket-tracking and project management tool, here on mousesquad.org. With CaseTracker, your squad can create, assign, categorize and track cases and projects. You can also share a dedicated URL with your school, so that they can input their own help desk tickets for your MOUSE Squad!
