For the Win! PLAYTECH Saturday @ Parsons - April 2010

playtech1.jpg

On Saturday, April 17th, 18 Mouse Squad technicians and coordinators attended PLAYTECH Saturday at Parsons School for Design.

Students and Coordinators participated in a fun-filled afternoon of Beta release games like twirdie, a golf based game that uses the internet phenomenon known as twitter as the engine for game play.

We know Mouse Squad loves to play games, but PlayTech is much more than that. Students and teachers interact with game developers and the games they create to offer valuable feedback. Mouse Squad student feedback becomes both a part of the process of developing games, and an opportunity to learn more about game development and production including story writing, coding, graphics and illustration.
