February MicroProject: See your squad in the funnies!
(Click the image above to see the full size sample comic strip.)
Are you and your fellow MOUSE Squad Members a goofier bunch than Charlie Brown and the Peanuts? More adventurous than Calvin and Hobbes? Or more heroic than Naruto? Well, in this month’s MicroProject you can show the world what makes you the funniest, cleverest, most animated squad around.
Your task, if you choose to accept it, is to create a comic strip about your MOUSE Squad!
1. You can use a traditional 3- or 4-panel format like you see in the newspaper, or a single image with a caption or word bubbles--look here for some examples: http://www.sfgate.com/comics/. If you’re really feeling ambitious, you can consider creating longer, Manga-style or graphic novel-style comics, too!
2. Use image-editing software to create a comic strip about your MOUSE Squad. You can draw characters by hand and scan them, or draw them using software.
3. Embed your comic strip in a public Blog Post to share with the whole network, and make sure that "My February MicroProject" is in the title.
