Black Magnet Tech Crew

Help desk

Black Magnet Tech Crew will consist of 10 to 15 members. They will help support the maintenance of over 50 computers as well as peripheral equipment. Also, members will be responsible for assisting the student body as well as the faculty with computer malfuctions.

A help desk will be set up at the school and tickets will be generated. Members of the Tech Crew will be rotated to resolve the technology issues.
