Win $1000: Chase "Multimedia in the Classroom" Competition
From the Thirteen Teaching & Learning Celebration Website:
The Chase Multimedia in the Classroom Award celebrates the achievements of teachers and students who are transforming learning environments through technology. Projects should be a collaborative effort between teachers and students. The focus is on demonstrating how learning can be improved through creative uses of technology in the K-12 curriculum in science and global awareness. We encourage students to exhibit a sense of commitment in developing a project that goes beyond the receipt of a classroom grade. The competition is open to K-12 teachers and students in public and non-public schools in the tri-state area (New York, New Jersey and Connecticut). Elementary, middle and high school projects will be competing against their own grade levels. Deadline for submissions: January 11, 2008.
WINNERS RECEIVE:
- $1,000 Cash Prizes to each of the top 10 winning school teams
- Full free access admission to the conference
- Celebration Tee Shirts
