LAST CALL for NYC MOUSE Squad Members and Coordinators to attend the MOUSE Squad 2011-2012 UnPlugged Kickoff at Maker Faire, Saturday, September 17!

Join us to kick off an exciting new year of UnPluggeds and general MOUSE Squad awesomeness, guaranteed to feature crazy contraptions, interactive media and machinery, and new tech and DIY projects focusing on green technology, gaming, weird science, and more! It's a do-it-yourselfer's paradise, which makes it a perfect place for MOUSE Squad!

RSVP now to claim your free ticket! Space is limited, so be sure to RSVP as soon as possible to get a spot.

The Details:

  • WHEN: We'll be waiting at the main entrance from 9:45-10:15am, and the fun begins promptly at 10:15! If you arrive later than 10:15, you can find MOUSE staff at the Young Makers' Tent all day. MOUSE Squad programming goes from 10:15-1pm, but you can stay at Maker Faire all day--it's open until 7pm!
  • WHERE: Maker Faire will be held at the New York Hall of Science at 47-01 111th Street in Flushing Meadows Corona Park, in Queens. We'll be meeting at the main entrance to the fair, which is right next to main entrance of the Hall of Science (enter at 111th Street and 47th Avenue).
  • HOW TO GET THERE:Take a look at how to get there--MOUSE will provide roundtrip Metrocards for all students who attend!
  • ALSO: MOUSE will provide lunch for all students and Coordinators who RSVP and attend!
  • WHAT IF...I already registered? Make sure you respond to Naomi's email & confirm your reservation no later than 9/12 at 3pm!
